I\u2019ve<br \/>\ncreated a new Public Calendar in the Library folder, called Reference Desk. It\u2019s<br \/>\nin the same place as the Library Schedule and Personnel Calendar. All librarians<br \/>\nshould be able to add entries and edit existing ones, which is the primary<br \/>\nfunction here.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial\">The reason<br \/>\nwe\u2019ve got this calendar is so that we can more easily plan meetings and track<br \/>\nsubs. Sally is another of our librarians who likes to use the Outlook calendar<br \/>\nto schedule meetings and by having the Reference Desk calendar listing who\u2019s<br \/>\nworking the desk, it\u2019s easier to see if someone\u2019s free.<\/p>\n<p>If you<br \/>\ncannot work a shift and you have gotten a sub, please edit that shift\u2019s entry<br \/>\non the calendar and replace your name with your sub\u2019s name. Be sure to edit<br \/>\nJUST THE OCCURRENCE, not the SERIES.
