This morning I found a torn piece of paper still in the side where the paper comes up. (NB: it&#8217;s important to make sure that, if a piece of paper tears while you&#8217;re removing it that you find EVERY PIECE. Even a tiny fragment in the right place can cause jams.) After clearing jams a couple times, it started working fine and did so for over an hour. Then it jammed again. When I cleared that jam and it jammed a second time, it finally gave me a service code. I&#8217;ve alerted Help Desk and given them all the necessary information.<\/p>\n<p>Hopefully someone will be here early this afternoon to get it fixed.
