{"id":1271,"date":"2009-01-13T10:23:00","date_gmt":"2009-01-13T10:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.butler.edu\/dawgblog\/2009\/01\/outlook-calendars\/"},"modified":"2009-01-13T10:23:00","modified_gmt":"2009-01-13T10:23:00","slug":"outlook-calendars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.butler.edu\/dawgblog\/2009\/01\/outlook-calendars\/","title":{"rendered":"Outlook Calendars"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a reminder regarding how we are now using Outlook Calendars in the library.<\/p>\n<p><b>Personnel Calendar<\/b> \u2013 only for<br \/>\nirregular exceptions to your regular schedule (sick days, out of<br \/>\ntown, personal days, etc.)<br \/>\n<b>Library Schedule<\/b> \u2013 only for<br \/>\nscheduling library rooms<br \/><b>Reference Desk Calendar<\/b> \u2013 only for posting scheduled on-call hours and substitutes<br \/>\n<b>Personal Calendar<\/b> (the one attached to your email) \u2013 for all personal<br \/>\nappointments, classes, meetings, etc., both regular and irregular, and for any<br \/>\npersonal appointments that you wish to keep private<\/p>\n<p>It is important that you put appointments on your Personal Calendar so that your colleagues can more easily schedule meetings with you.
