They are available for<br \/>\ndownload, both the forms and instruction booklets, at the websites<br \/>\nlisted below where you can print out the forms<br \/>\nthat you need to mail in.<\/p>\n<p>Websites for the necessary forms are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Federal Forms: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.irs.gov\/formspubs\/index.html\">http:\/\/www.irs.gov\/formspubs\/index.html<\/a><\/li>\n<li>All States&#8217; Forms: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxadmin.org\/fta\/link\/forms.html\">http:\/\/www.taxadmin.org\/fta\/link\/forms.html<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Indiana Forms: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.in.gov\/dor\/taxforms\/\">http:\/\/www.in.gov\/dor\/taxforms\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is also a website, through the Indiana Dept. of Revenue, where you can file your state taxes online for free.
