About Us
The Butler University Environmental Concerns Organization (ECO) is the largest sustainability-related student organization. Our university is a private college in Indianapolis, Indiana with approximately 4,400 students. We have a beautiful 390-acre campus located six miles north of downtown Indy. Butler University is not well known for its sustainability efforts and green measures, but together, the administrators, staff, faculty and students are making strides each year to transform Butler into a more environmentally sustainable community. ECO welcomes your participation and suggestions to make our university a healthier place, so please contact us if you would like more information about how to get involved.
