Innovation is what drives the future; therefore our educational system needs to focus on preparing students to solve complex problems, be adaptable, and to work with others. We need to focus on building human work traits like our capacity for compassion, empathy, and our ability to be ethical. Learning for life should be more than just continuous education; rather our focus should be on talent development throughout our lives.
