In Sūra 57: Hadīd, or Iron the first section talks about praising God and the heavens. It then goes on to talk more about how he gives life and death and has power over all things. The third section talks about how God has knowledge over all things. The fourth section is longer and further explains how he created the heavens in six days and how he has the power to know who comes and goes from earth and heads to heaven. The last sentence explains how God is always with you and sees all that you do. It then proceeds to explain that if you do good in the world in the future there will be a great reward. Many of these beliefs are so similar to Christianity’s views. Such as heaven, God is always with you, and how God sees all that you do and you should do good when possible. I was surprised from what I have read to learn that they are such similar religions.
