I like to read the news on my phone everyday, from things like sports to US news to international news. Plenty of times, I just read the headline and assume that that is what the major takeaway is and to believe every headline I see. Recently, especially when reading articles about the Middle East, I have decided to read the whole article in an in-depth manner. There is so much that I still have to learn and so much that I still want to learn, and catching up on recent news is a good start.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In reading, I have found myself being confused by a certain sentence or topic. What I have been doing is, I look up the thing that is causing confusion and trying to figure out what the whole deal is with the whole topic. This plan has been very beneficial in learning more about Islam and the Middle East, and is applicable to any topic that is being read.
