Fitness Philosophy-Modern fitness culture tends to focus on numbers: how far you run, how many calories you burn, or how many reps you do. I believe that, while motivating for some, this mindset is not ideal for everyone. In my classes I focus on quality over quantity, and make sure you are healthy, happy, and having fun!

I love the HRC because.. My favorite thing about the HRC is that it works hard to be inclusive to everyone, and to encourage exercise regardless of age, gender, or any other factor.

Why you should come to my class: It is important to me to create a supportive and positive environment that allows you to have a challenging and rewarding class.
