Fitness Philosophy- My fitness philosophy is to work as hard for yourself, to improve your mental and physical health, not to be skinny.

One of my favorite things about the HRC is… the TV’s on the ellipticals. I love watching Keeping Up With the Kardashians while I do cardio. It’s incredible.

Why you should come to my class: I want students to come to my class so that we can work hard together and encourage each other to be healthy and happy.
