Today (09/16) in class we explored different websites and apps that can be used to create music. I was not aware of how many there are. I have only used a couple before, such as GarageBand because it comes with my IOS devices and I was curious what it was. I have also had a few music games on my phone before such as one where you have to memorize the correct notes and play it back, and one where you press the correct piano tiles as fast as you can. The amount of apps and websites available shows how many different directions and projects can be created. The websites we were on during class were ones I have never seen, but they were very interesting and not what I expected. They had many different sounds and choices to create something with. It was nice to see how many options there are, and it made putting together a piece seem less scary for an outsider like me!
