In class today, we learned about numerous applications on iPads, phones, and laptops to help us create music for our final project. Following the discussion, we had time to try the apps out on our own. I tried Garage Band, the Piano, and Auxy. I found it was much easier to make music using these apps than I expected. Not knowing how to play an instrument, it is nice Garage Band and Auxy have pre-built in sounds as if somebody is playing a series of notes on the instruments. These apps will greatly help when creating my final project. I am going to continue to play around with the apps to find melodies I like and try to imitate the song I plan to use for my final project.
