I was actually very fascinated today by the many different apps that you can use on devices including phones and desktops. After class, I went and just played around with a bunch of them. I have to say Sampulator was my favorite. Did you know you could use your keyboard to work it? You don’t have to just use your mouse/fingers. I thought that was cool. I actually made a nice-sounding melody? Today made me think of beginning to learn to play an instrument, specifically the piano. I would love to learn how to play so I could one day help out my church with an extra piano player. It was so fun experiencing the apps and learning more about making music. I definitely think these apps will help get us into the groove of what we may want to do for our final project. Also maybe spark interest in an area that one day we would’ve never thought of like it for with me.
