A question often asked within the church is what kind of music truly brings glory to God? It can often times be hard to know what kind of music God truly wants us to praise Him with. The reality is, and this can be seen within this particular reading, is that God does not have a genre of choice. He loves all music, as long as the artists use the lyrics to converse with God in one way or another. The Hebrew chanting is a style of music that would not be well liked in the 21st century, but it was a style of music that was used in the age of old to praise God. In the modern day, our music is very different and would probably be dismissed by the age of old. However, God loves both styles of music because they both bring praise to Him above all else! Music is a powerful tool that can be used to worship God, despite the style or sound!
