Her eyes are bright like a sapphire,
Burns like a just-lit fire.
There’s a certain look of gleam
That shines like a bean.

But her heart is hollow.
There’s no love to follow.
It’s empty. You can hear an echo,
But it’s hard to let go.

To see you need a flashlight—
That’s how to make it bright.
But it might just disappear,
And that’s my biggest fear.
