We placed third as a school in the first ever State Parliamentary Debate Tournament and Matt Miller placed 6th overall. We placed 7th at the Individual Events State tournament on Saturday with Varsity and Novices giving their best efforts.\u00a0 The tournament was held here at Butler.<\/p>\n<p>Senior, Lauren Lupkowski won the Indiana State Individual Events Scholarship award for her communication\u2019s paper in the 8<sup>th<\/sup> Annual ISIET Scholarly Paper Competition.\u00a0 She received $100 for this award.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0We are preparing to go to the Pi Kappa Delta National tournament in Kansas City during Spring Break.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Speech and Debate Team had a great State tournament!
