Staff Assembly End-of-Year Celebration & Important Updates!

End-of-Year Celebration Reminder: Join Us Tomorrow!

Staff Assembly invites you to join us for our End-of-Year Celebration tomorrow, Tuesday, December 16, from 2:00–4:00 PM in the Fairview Community Room.

This gathering is our opportunity to come together, celebrate the close of another meaningful semester, and recognize the incredible contributions of staff across the University. We will have light refreshments, prizes, games, and plenty of fun to help us wrap up the year on a joyful note, including Lunch Vouchers for the 1st 50 people.

To add to the festive spirit, please feel welcome to wear seasonal or holiday attire like ugly sweaters, sparkles, or anything that makes you smile! We hope to see you there as we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and community that make our campus so special.

*** New Hybrid Meeting Location ***

We are excited to announce that future General Assembly Meetings in the Spring Semester will be held in a new location to better facilitate hybrid participation: Gallahue Hall 104

This room is equipped to allow staff to participate either in-person or virtually via Zoom. A link to the virtual meeting will be available on the Staff Assembly website ahead of each meeting.

We are committed to making these meetings accessible to all staff, and this new setup is a direct result of the feedback we received to better support remote attendance! While we offer this hybrid option, we will still feature engaging in-person activities and prizes at each meeting for those who attend on campus. We look forward to seeing you in the new year!
