While Fall 2025 focused on in-person attendance for community building, meetings will return to\u202fa\u202fhybrid format starting in Spring 2026.\u202fThis ensures accessibility for staff who cannot attend in person.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How can I stay updated on meeting schedules?\u202f<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p>You can find the calendar on the right side of the Staff Assembly website. We also recommend using the\u202f&#8221;Subscribe to our Updates&#8221;\u202fbox on the website to receive email reminders and calendar invites (.ics\u202ffiles) directly.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parking &amp; Transportation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Why&nbsp;are &#8220;A&#8221;&nbsp;parking stickers sold if the lots are often full?\u202f&nbsp;<\/summary>\n<p>There are currently\u202f325 &#8220;A&#8221; designated spaces\u202fand over\u202f1,300\u202fadditional\u202fspaces\u202fwhere &#8220;A&#8221; permits are valid (such as Hinkle and the Parking Garage). While 1,253 permits are issued, administrators\u202fmonitor\u202fthe &#8220;tipping point&#8221; of availability. They are not general tourism opportunities. However, spouses who travel often do so as hired &#8220;Support Persons&#8221; after background checks.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note:\u202fStaff enrolled in a degree program may be eligible to use\u202ftuition remission\u202ffor study abroad if they\u202fmet\u202fcredit hour requirements in\u202fprevious\u202fterms.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Do I have to use PTO for faith-based professional development?\u202f&nbsp;<\/summary>\n<p>If a professional development activity is not part of your official work duties, it is considered a personal activity and requires the use of vacation time\/PTO.
