The most important aspect of this program is a confidential and anonymous survey that will allow Butler to gather important information about what is working well and what areas need attention. The survey will be sent to all faculty and staff on March 14, and the survey results will be factored into the overall scoring process for the \u201cGreat Colleges to Work For\u201d program. Vice President James Gallaher will be sharing more details and answering questions at\u00a0Wednesday\u2019s meeting.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00ccff\">Props to\u2026<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The following staff are recognized through our Thank a Colleague program. Faculty, staff, and friends are all welcome. Bent Rail is the standing location for all Third Thursday&#8217;s and is located near campus at 5301 Winthrop Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46220. Parking is available in the lot on the north side of the building.<\/p>\n<p>Staff Assembly Activities &amp; Social Committee will be sponsoring after-work socials every Third Thursday of the month at 5:01 PM for a chance to\u00a0eat, drink, and chat\u00a0with other Butler faculty and staff in a relaxed, off-campus setting.
