Here\u2019s a quick recap of the highlights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meeting Highlights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Athletics Update<\/strong>: Grant from Butler Athletics highlighted recent successes, including a win for the men\u2019s golf team and a new attendance record for women\u2019s volleyball. The men\u2019s cross-country team is currently ranked 15th in the country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Blood Drive<\/strong>: Kristine Pierce from Versiti, Indiana&#8217;s local blood provider, discussed the ongoing partnership with Butler. A kick-off blood drive will be held today, <strong>Monday, September 22nd, from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM<\/strong>. Donors will receive a $15 Amazon gift card and a free lunch from a food truck.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DEISA Overview<\/strong>: Dr. Khalilah Marbury introduced the new Division of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion &amp; Student Affairs (DEISA). The division\u2019s philosophy is &#8220;Connecting Students. Cultivating Belonging. Championing Well-Being&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bylaws Vote<\/strong>: A vote to approve major changes to the bylaws passed with a final vote of 52-0.
