I had never thought of having to interpret Paul\u2019s letters from the view of the receiver.\u00a0 In addition in class we talked about Paul and part of his role within the Bible. Fun fact Paul is also referred to as Saul but they are the same person thanks professor. Saul originally was a disciplin, and eventually became a disciple. Paul, was important in the spread of Christianity and teaching of Jesus and his stories. In class we talked about Pauls authorship and he is thought to be the writer of 13 books of the New Testament. Pauls letters really impacted the influence of Christianity.\u00a0 throughout Pauls letters there is strong emphasis on treating others the same and not judging them. These are commonly quoted in church.\u00a0 I think when interpreting Paul\u2019s letters, we should take into consideration that he was spreading the gospel of Jesus.
