  • GLOVES

    by CHRISTOPHER

Any kinds of gloves without a feeling,
    being there when you always
need them, working, sleeping in a
    cold night, making a sandwich,
    or working in the hard
stale snow or ice, you hands warm,
safe from the dirt, mud, GERMS
    and even more.

    Firemen, football players, chefs,
all use them. Firemen use them
to lift very hot things, football players
so the ball doesn’t fall out of
their hands, chefs so the people won’t
get sick of their GERM-infested hands.

I am okay if they cut off the
    part that they touched.

  • EXPLOSIONS

    by CHRISTOPHER

Explosions, loud, might have a smell like a bottle of nail polish thrown on the ground and getting everywhere.

Wall, person, they have similarities, they have differences, one similarity is that they are strong. A wall can withstand a punch, so can a person. A wall can stand still, and a person can stand still. Maybe a person is so strong he can be punched but his arm won’t break. Maybe a wall will stand after a missile strike. The difference is a wall can feel no pain. The wall is as strong as an elephant, goes on forever like star in the sky.

Electricity can shock your foot, legs, and arms, faster than the speed of light, strong as a punch, like a jackhammer on the ground.

  • THE STING

    by CHRISTOPHER

Falling, falling from a person’s arm
like a leaf falling in the wind
in the middle of fall. Bright, dark,
    I can’t tell. I’m a bee that stung them.
    They screamed, I died wondering
why I stung them. I might come back
    but don’t know when.

  • DISAPPEARANCE

    by CHRISTOPHER

    You have a pencil, new
as a fresh pound of cow
    meat, good looking, beautiful.

    Going to school can’t wait
til you use it, excited, scared
you might lose it like a mouse

and its cheese, trying to get
the cheese and hoping you won’t
get snapped by the trap but

then you lose it, you search every-
where for it, like a bat looking for
darkness, but then you leave for

about five minutes to calm down you
come back and you found it in the
    same area you were searching

in, so confused, like a fifth grade
    student doing eleventh grade math
    homework.

  • LIFE IS LIKE A VIDEO GAME

    by CHRISTOPHER

Waking up like the game just loaded.
Hear the alarm, shut it off and go back to sleep,
Save my progress and wake up. Take a
Shower, get dressed and brush my teeth
Like a person playing me, wondering what’s next
Today. Put on shoes, running to the bus
    stop like someone pressing A A A A A A A
    A A A Stop! I’m thinking. When I get
On the bus, same thing, save all the progress
That has been done. Coming to school, eating breakfast
To refuel the energy. Going to class, time limit up
On the screen. 30 29 28, till it gets to zero, I
Made it on time. School work is like a mission,
Don’t finish it – you get a F for fail. Gym – getting
Fit, getting stronger and ready for life. Changing
Clothes like getting ready to tell the president
“we are going to war.” Lunch – refilling your energy.
Science – learning how to survive on the land, like
Making things that your body needs. Band – learning
How to play, A button = high note, B button= low
Note. Learn a little math. Socializing, in your
Brain picking what to say. A = say something, B= say nothing.
Social studies, learning about the world like on a
Game picking which place to go. Last but not
Least – get my stuff, save the game and come
    To Exclusive Ink.
