The ashes of the buildings
of the past. Memories of tortured
souls wandering a lifeless path.
No one in sight. No one
truly alive. Whatever happened
is not over yet. It’s life to die but no matter
what we can never really die. Life is life.
Death is death. You can live but you can
never truly die. Memories of your path
flood your mind as you are placed under
a spell of eternal sleep. The end is only a chapter
opening to beginning. Your life begins with one
and will end with many.

Unknown voices whispering in your ears.

All the guilt you feared.

All your past being revealed.

All of a sudden you’re brought to tears

because of unknown secrets that your fear.

You reminisce about your past

and how fast thinking got you passed.

Knowing your past you fell in love

then lost her to another above.

You lock yourself out of the world

and reject all help and then

you truly are dead.

torment is guilt whispering through your ears
torment is pain flowing through your body
every step you take
torment is the inner sadness
you keep inside waiting to come out
torment is the thought of no matter
what you do it will never be enough

but between you and me torment
is just a thought in your head

Love is the feeling of companionship and joy.
Love is the feeling of trust.
Everyday I see you I feel complete.
I feel almost as if we were made to meet.
No matter how many times you smile it always
brightens my day.
No matter how many times you laugh
it never fades away.
When I’m alone I think of you.
When I’m depressed you brighten my day.
No matter how alone I feel
you make me find the way.
