Cancer Prevention Study
What if you could prevent even one family from hearing the words “you have cancer”?
You can help by enrolling in the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Prevention Study-3.
To be eligible to enroll in the Cancer Prevention Study – 3 (CPS-3), men and women should:
- be between 30 and 65 years old
- have no personal history of cancer (this does not include basal or squamous cell skin cancer)
- be willing to make a long-term commitment to the study which simply involves completing periodic follow-up questionnaires.
Enrollment begins November 16th at various locations.

Tomorrow is Deadline for 2014 Open Enrollment
Deadline for Benefits Open Enrollment is tomorrow, November 12, at 5:00 p.m. Don’t forget, if you take no action during the open enrollment period, your current 2013 elections will be your 2014 elections at the 2014 premium rates. Re-enrollment is required every year to participate in Flexible Spending, Dependent Care, and Health Savings Accounts.

The annual Benefits Open Enrollment period ends at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12. Your Open Enrollment packet, which was sent Monday, October 28, through campus mail, contains documents that will assist you in making decisions for your 2014 benefits. You also are encouraged to attend one of the two remaining Open Enrollment Sessions to learn more about this year’s changes:
