Tom’s Asparagus

  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 3 cups fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch lengths
  • 1 Tbs minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbs salt
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs honey

Directions

1. Mix honey and soy sauce and set aside.
Heat the butter and olive oil in a large frying pan on medium to high heat.

2. Add garlic and salt, wait 2 minutes
Add asparagus and sauté 8 minutes

3. Add soy sauce/honey mix and sauté for 1 minute

4. Transfer to serving dish. Enjoy!
