HR Update* (Great Colleges to Work For Survey)—James Gallaher, Vice President for HR, Diversity, and Wellness

Active Shooter Training Update—Ben Hunter and Diane Sweeney
Sam’s Club—Sponsoring Meeting

*Our University is participating in the “Great Colleges to Work For” program sponsored by the Chronicle of Higher Education and ModernThink LLC. The most important aspect of this program is a confidential and anonymous survey that will allow Butler to gather important information about what is working well and what areas need attention. The survey will be sent to all faculty and staff on March 14, and the survey results will be factored into the overall scoring process for the “Great Colleges to Work For” program. Vice President James Gallaher will be sharing more details and answering questions at Wednesday’s meeting.
