BUSF’s events are directed toward the past, present, and future students of Butler University, and each touches one or more of these groups in a slightly different manner.
- Dinner with 10 Bulldogs – Dinners with 10 are when alum host dinners that are attended by current students with similar interests and majors. BUSF members had the opportunity to assist with the Bulldog Beauty contest by getting the owners and dogs organized, judging the dogs and giving all the dogs their prize of dog food. Spirit week also sponsors a Wear Your BU Gear to Class day, and this past year, a viewing party of the Butler vs. Duke rematch.

At the meal, BUSF members are there to answer any questions that the future students have about Butler and make them feel comfortable on campus. After the meal, the BUSF members and the prospective student walk over to Hinkle to enjoy a great basketball game!
- BUSF Email Buddies – Prospective Students have an opportunity to be paired with a BUSF member and be their email buddy. The prospective student is welcome to ask their email buddy any question they have about Butler so that they will feel more comfortable with BU and college in general.
