Set your DVR’s for a very cool segment about teaching yoga at the Lab School with world-renowned yogi Nikki Myers and Lab School yoga instructor Heather Williams. This program will air starting Tuesday, June 11, 6:00pm, on COMCAST Channel 20 and Bright House Channel 99. It will replay for a month every Tuesday- 6p, Friday- 8p and Sunday- 11a.
