Today I worked on my professional development website, it is almost done. I also checked people in to the moodle grade book workshop today. I sat in for the first 20 mins. Then I started to work on the Dreamweaver project and watched more of the videos. During my shift in the library I watched Ginny answer a research question and then explored some of the data bases. I checked a row of Ref Books and then worked some more on my website.

Today I shelved some reference books and directed a student to the third floor to find a book she was looking for. I also played around with some of the databases.

Today I started the Photoshop training. I watched all the training videos, and feel pretty comfortable with using Photoshop because I am learning it in one of my classes. There was a problem with the tutorials listed on Moodle, so I emailed Michelle to let her know that those were not available. Then I started working on my flyer. I also picked up a LiveScribe pen for Chasadee in the Purchasing office in Holcomb.

I started my shift by continuing my iMovie training. Then I got to go to the Effective Reading and Note Taking workshop held by the Learning Resource Center. That was helpful, and I am brainstorming ways Information Commons can be incorporated in their programs. I also finished my article for the IC newsletter.

Today I went over to the Pharmacy Building to help PA students set up Panopto recordings of their case studies. I helped the students and the professors login in via moodle, add an alternate camera, retitle their assignment, and upload it to the correct dropdown folder. I stayed until everyone was done and assisted with a few technical problems, but all went fine!
