Here are some pictures of the work done Thanksgiving week. The ceiling has been removed and now the contractors can see what we are dealing with in order to “raise the roof”, literally. We agreed to make a few adjustments in order to maneuver the ceiling around existing pipes but we will still have the ceiling height we need for lighting. By Wednesday we should have the new plaster extending the walls and the next step is to mark for outlets before electrical gets put in.

Drop ceiling removed.
Wires and pipes exposed.
Some height adjustments will need to be made along the walls to accommodate
existing infrastructure that we cannot move.
