Fall 2026 People-Leader Training Series Open to All Faculty & Staff

The Human Resources Learning & Development (L&D) Team is excited to announce the upcoming fall 2026 People-Leader Training Series! Designed to empower leaders at every level, these curated sessions provide practical tools to manage your teams effectively.

NEW! Attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion after each session.

NEW! Thanks to feedback from past participants, we’ve added some sessions over the lunch hour to enhance flexibility for the busy workday.

NEW! We’ve aligned our People-Leader Trainings with the streamlined Butler Competencies.

All faculty and staff are welcome to participate; content is tailored for those who manage other employees. Each session will have in-person and Zoom attendance options; we encourage in-person attendance to maximize the learning experience! Sessions are recorded and will be added to the People-Leader Training Folder.

Calendar invite(s) with room location details and Zoom link will be sent after registering. View session details here!
