Butler University faculty and staff are strongly encouraged to get vaccinated for influenza this fall, and will have an opportunity to do so free-of-charge on campus.
Medical professionals from Employer Wellness Solutions Indiana (EWS) will administer the flu vaccines October 5–9, 2021 in the Health and Recreation Complex (HRC). To reduce wait times, you are encouraged to make an appointment using the scheduling system. Walk-in appointments will be accepted.
To schedule your appointment:
- Click on one of the links below. It will open up the EWS Scheduler Page.
- A calendar will appear. The date you selected will show up in white. Click on the date.
- Available times will display. Simply click on an open time.
- Fill out the information – name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and email. You will receive a text message reminding you of your appointment time.
- Once you finish, you will receive a confirmation.
