International Perspectives on Food Sustainability

Butler students, faculty, and staff are invited to engage in a unique opportunity focused on international food sustainability. This event, sponsored by the Innovation Fellows at both universities, will take place on Thursday, April 13, at Purdue University. 

Purpose: Learn about activities, research, and perspectives related to the United Nation’s 17 Sustainability goals. Connect with students, faculty, and staff from other universities.

Activities: Participants will engage in exhibitions featuring student and faculty research, innovation, and education surrounding food sustainability through the lens of the UN goals. Additionally, a networking opportunity will be provided to connect with individuals from the other university. Last, lunch will be provided.

Timing: The event runs from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM on April 13. Butler has arranged for a bus to transport students and faculty. The bus will leave from Atherton (by the bulldog) –students should arrive at 8:00 AM for the bus. You are welcome to drive yourself.
