Difference Makers:

Employment Affairs:
The committee continues to pursue process improvements and is supporting initiatives aimed at increasing employee morale.

Personal and Professional Development:
The “Communication” session presented on March 4 by Anila Din, Director of Employee Relations, was very informative and well attended. It was so good, the attendees have requested an additional session in the near future to expand on what was discussed in the first session. Watch for more information on this in early summer. Activities and Socials:
A letter of thanks was received from The Salvation Army for our participation in their Christmas Toy Shop toy drive. Thank you to everyone who donated to the cause. It is clear that our collective efforts made a positive impact, and they are very appreciative of our generosity!
