The Staff Assembly Executive committee presented this document to Vice President Bruce Arick and his direct reports on Thursday, January 17, 2013.  The goal of this document is to share concerns that staff have indicated with current processes on campus.  In turn, Staff Assembly would like to be informed of what is currently being addressed, what can be addressed, and reasons why items might not be addressed.  We understand that a number of items are also included in Information Technology’s Technology Master Plan last updated in May 2012. Finally, Staff Assembly would like the opportunity to work with you to address these and future concerns, suggestions, etc. on a regular basis.  Transparency, constant communication, and education will go a long way on improving the overall culture of Butler University and truly making this an Employer of Choice.
