There are four distinct roles:
• Apartment Move-In Health Check Helper/Hinkle Health Check Helper will call students who have cleared the health and safety check and are approved to move to the check-in process.
• Hinkle Health & Safety Kit will hand out student’s health and safety kits, and Orientation t-shirt for new students.
• Hinkle Check-In Floater will assist with replenishing supplies like t-shirts and health and safety kits to the check-in tents. Please note that some lifting may be required in this role.
• Package Pick Up will assist with distributing students’ packages delivered to campus from HRC 154. Please note that some lifting may be required in this role.
Wearing a mask will be required. Forms of protective gear and cleaning supplies will be provided. There will be bins to help distribute items between the assistants and the students moving into campus.
