Faculty and staff are invited to join the Health and Recreation Complex (HRC) and Healthy Horizons for their Holiday Wellness Gift Day on Tuesday, December 8, Noon–1:00 PM in Robertson Hall, Ford Salon.
Take this opportunity to learn more about the HRC and Healthy Horizon’s health and wellness services designed specifically for full- and part-time faculty and staff, and enjoy a plethora of complimentary offerings including:
- Free chair massage (first come, first serve) provided by two HRC massage therapists
- Stress less yoga tips delivered by a registered yoga teacher from the HRC
- Aveda aromatherapy bar
- Adult coloring therapy station supported by Staff Assembly
- Healthy holiday recipes provided by the HRC’s Registered Dietitian
- Snacks compliments of both programs—Impact Bars (an organic Olympia granola bar) and fresh fruit
- Free hot tea and coffee bar courtesy of Staff Assembly
