Some thing I learned about myself is that I can be confident when I want to be and when I am, I generally produce better work and generate better ideas that can better help my group. What I learned about starting a business is that choosing a good name, slogan, and logo is a big part of a company because it is the first thing your customer will associate your business with when they hear your slogan, or see your logo. All three of these things need to relate to your target market in one way or another. As far as teamwork goes, you need to hold up your end, and by doing so it will force the other members of your group to do so as well. If they begin to slack off with accomplishing things on time, don’t be afraid to confront them about it but do so in the correct way, to keep the business running smoothly. From RBE I gained a lot of knowledge about business and about myself that I didn’t figure out until this class. Confidence is a big factor in business because showing your customer that you have confidence will give them confidence in your product and nothing sells better to customers when you have confidence behind your knowledge.
