Butler Jordan College of the Arts students and Butler Library staff dressed in period (early 1960’s) costumes to step back to 1963 -1965 when Irwin Library was opened (’63-’64) and later dedicated (’65). The Irwin Library 50th Anniversary exhibit will remain in Irwin Library for the fall semester. Did you know that as a Butler Student you are eligible to obtain an Indianapolis Public Library card? Not only can you use it to check out print books, but you can take advantage of their large collections of ebooks, audio books, and downloadable music!: http://www.imcpl.org/collection/. IndyPL will be visiting Butler Libraries on Tuesday, Sept. 10 and Thursday, Sept. 12 for a card drive. Just visit the tables in Irwin and the Science Library and present your Butler ID to apply for a card. The specific dates are as follows:
