Apple Wedges With Pumpkin Almond Butter Dip

Breakfast is a snap with this simple dip:

  • 1/2 c pumpkin puree (canned or from scratch)
  • 1/3 c almond butter (or crunchy peanut butter)
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • 1/3 t. cinnamon
  • 24 slices of apples

Complete this Healthy Plate: Add a glass of skim milk and whole grain toast.
