lessons learned

MG 201 has not only taught me things I did not know about myself, it taught me how to succeed in the business world.  Our mentor was so helpful; he could look at the big picture or focus on little things I hadn’t even thought of.  Spreadsheets were a key piece for him; he made suggestions to the words we used to make us sound clearer, which I thought was a great help.  Sometimes it can take an outsider to look at your work for you to realize that you could have done something better.  Being able to have a class full of other people look at our business and give us suggestions was very helpful and will help me to step back and look at things from the perspectives of others in the future.
