Support
There are several resources available to you and your students who are using Panopto to record or view recordings for instructional purposes.
- Instructional Technology maintains a Panopto Resources web page with links to both written and audio/video tutorials.
- The Help Desk (x4357) can assist with basic questions about viewing and recording sessions with Panopto.
- The Information Commons students are available for support in the Library and in the Instructional Technology Commons area (JH037). They have all been trained on the basic use of Panopto.
- For questions about setting up a course to use Panopto, access issues or other problems please email panopto@butler.edu or contact Jeana Rogers (jcroger1@butler.edu or X9216).
- The Panopto web site also has some good “How to” resources.
