Sympodium
To get the optimal results when recording sessions and using the Sympodium you should change the recording frames per second from the default of 3 fps to 1 fps. Here’s how to do that.
1. Open the Panopto recorder
2. Go to the Settings tab
3. Click on the Advanced Setting tab
4. Set the Screen Capture Frame Rate to 1 fps.
Now you’re ready to record the screen as you use the Sympodium!
