The Bible and Music

Today we discussed the different melodies used in children music. For example, I learned that notes played in the major key bring more upbeat, and happy notes. In contrast, the minor key brings darker, and more melancholy notes. Therefore, most children Bible songs are played in the major key which I found very interesting. I found it also very interesting how certain notes can spark learning and different emotions in young children who are trying to better understand lessons from the Bible.
