The Bible and Music

Dr. McGrath made an interesting point at the end of class, “It is hard for everyone to share music.” I never thought of making music as a hard concept for those who dedicate their life to it. I figured that it was easy for them to make and share their pieces. Obviously, I was wrong. both he and Frank shared how hard it was to create and share. A piece of music has to be unique and personal. When you release a piece of music, you put a piece of yourself out in the world. You just want to want everyone else to love it as much as you love it. I think that we should not be as critical of music as many of us are because it is very hard to write a piece, but harder to put it out for the whole world to hear.
