0Today I met with Erica and Michelle to discuss the future of the Promo Video and some suggestions they had about the video.

0Today I found background music to add to the promo video and tweaked some things in the video so it can be ready for next Monday.

0Today I showed the IC Promo Video to Erica for some outsiders feedback and added background music to the video. I also checked out JH155 where the training session will be Thursday to give Erica tips on what and how to film.

0Today I moved files on the Big Mac by Jeana’s office to the group shared folder to open space up and found out where the training session Erica is filming for the promo video will be. Knowing the location will help get a feel of how the shoot should go.

0Today in the library I assisted patrons with signing into computers and scanning.

0Today in CAT I conducted an interview with Courtney Foye for the Promo Video and then imported the interview into iMovie. I also sent an email to Liz from CCC addressing the problems and concerns she had about Google Forms the last time we met.

0Today in the library I assisted students with printing, scanning, and finding books through the Butler Library catalog.

0Today Tim Hommey and I met with the Career Development team from the College of Business to discuss the COB Career Development LibGuide we have been working on the past couple months. I also transferred and copied the iMovie promo video files so I can work on the project on a different Mac computer.
