International Fair Project
The project will be a international fair. Students will be required to select a country and research its history and culture. Students will create a dance, food, and poster based on the culture they have researched. The students will also research a famous scientist and invention from their country. They will be required to dress up in traditional attire and play popular music from their country. The day of the international fair, students will set up stations and walk around and experience the other cultures around the world.
World Capitals- this Game will ask you to select the capital of certain countries of the world. You’ll be timed and have four options to choose from. If you select the wrong answer or time expires, the correct answer will be highlighted.By Playing this game will help w/ the learning of the world and countries capitals. Indiana State Standards– This Link includes several standards that the student shall meet according to the Indiana State Standards. These specific Standards will be met while working on the International Culture Project. The standards are divided up by subject. This shall make it easier for you to know which exact standards will be used with each part of the project.
