ACEI 2.2 Science
Candidates demonstrate a proficient knowledge, understanding, and use fundamental concepts of physical, life, and earth/space sciences. Candidates are proficient in designing and implementing age-appropriate inquiry lessons to teach science, to build student understanding for personal and social applications, and to convey the nature of science.

This lesson plan was created to be used at the Connor Prairie STEAM! Convention, but could easily be used in a classroom setting. Students came up to a table to learn how butter is made, and also got to taste the butter on a cracker!
