About the Exhibition: Students have a multitude of work on display (and for sale!) at ART NOW in the Reilly Room, Atherton Union, on Butler University’s beautiful campus. Come see everything from drawings and paintings to our first round of 3D printed works (the program acquired a 3D printer just days ago!), large format digital prints, wearable art, sustainable sculpture and much much more!!!
The opening reception is December 10 5-7 p.m. – this is your chance to meet and mingle with the artists!; the exhibition will also be open TODAY December 11 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., and will be staffed by Art Program faculty happy to give you a personal tour from 9 until 2:25; our critiques (“crits” for majors) will run from 2:25 until the close of the exhibition (during that time you are welcome to explore the exhibition on your own).
About the poster: This semester’s poster was designed by Amber Mills, who will graduate in May 2014 with an Art + Design Major and Strategic Communications Minor. Amber has interned with Butler’s Web Marketing division, Astra Creative, and this Spring will intern at Taft Stettinius & Hollister law firm, working under Maria Porter (’11), an Art + Design alumna, who is responsible for the law firm’s graphic design.
