Demia Minutes February 3, 2014
We began the meeting with some of the topics we are going to discuss for this weeks meeting.
Vagina Monologues:
- We want to try to and gather a script together in about two weeks or so.
- If you are interested in writing a monologue or have a topic you think would be good for a monologue post it to the Facebook page or use this form
- The monologues this year will be different from what we have done in the past. This year we will be having a mix of Eve Ensler’s work and student submissions
- If you have any questions please feel free to contact Hannah, Reid, or Rachel.
Meetings:
- If the meetings aren’t to your liking please give suggestions to what you would like to see
- With this in mind, elections are coming up so think about if you would like to be on the exec board
- If you want to get a better feel for it there are exec board meetings every other Thursday at 8:30pm at Starbucks
Intersectionali-TEA time might be this Thursday; if there is one we will put it on Facebook and send it out on the list serv.
We finished the meeting off with introducing ourselves again and sharing a bit about ourselves.
